The Ann Arbor Summer Festival (A2SF) has announced their full lineup of KidZone and Retreat series events taking place at Top of the Park June 12-28, 2026.

KIDZONE
5:00PM Tuesday-Saturdays, 4:00PM on Sundays
KidZone returns as the go-to destination for kids and families seeking hands-on fun, music, and unforgettable moments.
Throughout the season, kids of all ages can take part in new, exciting activities each night. The Leslie Science & Nature Center and the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum make an appearance, sparking curiosity through interactive experiences in science, nature, and beyond. Looking for a cozy pause in the action? Drop in for some comfort and connection with Therapaws, where friendly, four-legged companions are always ready to brighten your day.
And don’t miss a spirited So Long Sunday performance by Copper Tom, a real-life kids’ music superstar, paired with the magic-makers at Colorful Events — Ann Arbor’s #1 face painting pros!
With a variety of imaginative art projects and enriching workshops, KidZone encourages creativity, exploration, and play. From crafting and building to interactive discovery, there’s something to delight everyone. KidZone is proudly sponsored by C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and Michigan Medicine.
RETREAT
5:30PM Nightly | Power Center Lawn
Unwind each evening with a vibrant lineup of wellness classes set against the beautiful backdrop of the Power Center lawn.
Whether you’re in the mood to stretch, move, or try something different, there’s an experience waiting for you. From yoga and swing dance to capoeira and beyond, sessions are led by skilled local instructors who bring energy, expertise, and a passion for movement.
This open-air series offers a welcoming space to relax, recharge, and connect with others in the community. Breathe deeply, find your rhythm, and enjoy a refreshing break from the day in an inspiring outdoor setting.
All classes are open to every skill level and take place nightly—show up, come as you are, and just let go. You’ll leave feeling renewed, energized, and ready for more.

A2SF champions performing arts, outdoor entertainment, and community spirit. In addition to a multi-week festival each June that attracts a diverse audience of thousands of people and offers over 200 concerts, art exhibitions, kids’ activities, spectacles, and film screenings, A2SF presents compelling experiences throughout the year on the campus of the University of Michigan and throughout Washtenaw County.
