Our good friend, Ed Nyberg, is a local Detroit man who is in desperate need of a kidney from a living donor. Ed is a husband, dad, grandfather, friend and neighbor who has always given so much to those around him. Now it’s our turn to give back by helping him find his perfect match! Ed is currently a patient at the University of Michigan Hospital, however, the location of the donor is not a factor. Possible donors will go to their local hospital and the rest of the details will be taken care of by U of M. We’d also like to add that ALL medical expenses for donors are paid for by U of M, including lost wages from additional sources.
