This year will prove to be exciting as we will have a live band (The Renegades) performing from Noon – 4:00 p.m., Cars and Motorcycles to vote on, flyover, NASCAR Racing Street Team, petting zoo, horseback riding, inflatables for the children, face painting, 50/50 raffle, prizes, lunch/drinks will be provided and more.

So, if you and your family and friends are interested in attending this event, we would love to see you there.  Also, if you and your family and friends would like to volunteer, we would enjoy having you assist for the day or part of the day to make this event a success!

Please contact me at your earliest convenience, as we are looking to staff 30 volunteers to assist with what they enjoy doing, such as cooking, driving the golf cart shuttle, driving the Tractor or ATV for tours, parking detail, registration detail, etc.

NOTE:  We are also looking for volunteers leading up to the event from Monday-Friday (June 24th-28th) to assist with preparation, washing vehicles, mowing trails, setting up tables and chairs, etc.
