Mary Beth Doyle Park, 2801 Verle Ave, Ann Arbor, MI
September 15th, 6:30-8 pm
Join Natural Area Preservation’s Ornithologist, Juliet Berger, for a walk around this beautiful and diverse nature area. We’ll hope to see many species of sandpipers as well as other shorebirds on the ponds, migrating songbirds on their way south, and that cool resident species, the Black-crowned Night-Heron.Everyone should wear long pants and closed toe shoes, for possibly walking in the woods on the boardwalk. Bring your binoculars and spotting telescopes if you have them, and we will have binoculars to lend. Park in the Birch Hollow lot, and use overflow parking along Birch Hollow.
