Public Works Open House
SATURDAY, OCT.5, 10 A.M.-1 P.M.
Join us for a family-friendly event
exploring the world of public works! See
street sweepers, solid waste vehicles and
other heavy-duty trucks. Enjoy hands-
on activities and crafts to learn about
utility infrastructure, city forestry, street
maintenance and recycling programs.
FREE ACTIVITIES:
Paint-a-snow plow, touch a truck, fix a
water main break and clogged storm sewer, tour the salt dome plus have fun operating a solid waste truck! Help us paint and name a snow plow!
