The Ann Arbor Summer Festival (A2SF) is pleased to announce its 2026 Movies by Moonlight series, taking place outdoors at Top of the Park from June 12-28. This year, Movies by Moonlight is embracing the unexpected with Holidays in June, a playful, genre-hopping series that flips the calendar and celebrates out-of-season favorites under the stars.
This year’s lineup features nine films, eight of which make their Movies by Moonlight debut, all chosen because they feel delightfully out of place for summer and therefore exactly right. Expect festive chaos, heartfelt moments, romantic misadventures, and a touch of movie magic, usually reserved for chillier months.
These stories remind us that holidays are not about dates, but about sharing moments together. Grab a blanket, bring your holiday spirit, and join us for summer nights filled with tradition, surprise, and the joy of gathering.
All film screenings will begin at 9:45 PM, with the exception of Hamilton, which will screen at 9:30 PM, and It’s a Wonderful Life, which will screen at 10:00 PM on So Long Sunday, the season’s closing night. Additional events and series will be announced throughout the spring, with the full 2026 season to be unveiled on May 1.
