Camp Liberty Inc. provides inclusive outdoor recreation opportunities at no charge, that thank our troops and veterans for their service, aid in their reintegration into our communities, and connect them with beneficial resources. We also serve those with health and mobility challenges through our accessible outdoor recreation programs
We are excited to announce some of our free upcoming events and activities open to veterans and their families, both active and retired. We welcome everyone to our events, again at no cost in providing fun, food and fellowship.
March 15th – Veterans Informational Symposium – 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
We will have a Representative from Veterans of America discuss mental health challenges/suicide prevention and other topics geared toward veterans and their families.
March 16th – First Responders Pheasant Hunt – we will be hosting a hunt to honor our first responders, to include police, fire and EMS personnel only for this hunt. NOTE: Additional veteran hunts are scheduled on our website and Facebook page.
March 17th – Camp Liberty with Warriors and Caregivers United Easter Egg Hunt – Noon – 3:00 p.m. Lunch will be served at 12:30 p.m. and the egg hunt will begin at 1:30 p.m., We will be collaborating together to provide a fun day for our veteran families in celebration of Easter, coupled with a surprise or two.
