ABOUT US:
Camp Liberty is an organization of dedicated volunteers and civic leaders who want to share the resources of Camp Liberty with veterans and their families.
Camp Liberty is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that features over 135 acres of beautiful Michigan woods, fields, wetlands, and water access, teaming with wildlife.
We host various veteran and special group outdoor recreation activities to help veterans enjoy a therapeutic experience unique to Michigan.
OUR MISSION:
Using Outdoor Recreation to:
Support our Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members & First Responders
Provide inclusive outdoor activities to those with health challenges
Connect individuals with resources that can improve their lives
VOLUNTEER AND SUPPORT:
Camp Liberty depends on individuals who generously donate their time and resources when we have an event or activity that needs people and resources to complete our projects.
We welcome veterans and volunteers to get involved and be the conduit for getting projects done at Camp Liberty.

Conservation work
Construction work
Event Planning
Outdoor Recreation
Youth Programs
Landscaping and Camp Liberty
Maintenance
Some of our yearly events:
HUNTING:
Camp Liberty offers hunting blinds, some disabled accessible, we have track chairs for the disabled, hunting gear, including rifles, hunting vests available for our selected hunters as needed.
Deer Hunts, Pheasant Hunts, Turkey Hunts.
Summer and Fall Fundraisers / Festivals
Open to everyone. Live Music, games, petting zoo, corn maze, hayrides (Fall), Bounce house, First Responders and Military Vehicles, and much more.
CONSERVATION DAYS:
Conservation Days are essential events where volunteers are invited to actively contribute to the enhancement of Camp Liberty. Participants are provided with lunch and beverages as they work to
improve the camp’s grounds, making a meaningful impact in the process.
