From giant interactive squeeze boxes to endearing twin clowns, playful shadow puppets, and the whimsical chalk creations of David Zinn, every event promises wonder, joy, and a touch of magic. Additional events and series will be announced throughout the spring, with the full 2025 season to be unveiled on May 1.

The Kif-Kif Sisters, identical twin sisters from Montréal, Canada, have been captivating audiences worldwide since 2007 with their innovative visual shows for both stage and outdoor public spaces. Renowned for their tender yet intelligent humor, their performances resonate with both children and adults alike. Their unique blend of physical theater, circus arts, music, puppetry, and performance art has been showcased over 1,000 times across 20 countries.

Sidewalk Chalk Day

Sidewalk Chalk Day returns this summer with chalk artist David Zinn leading the charge at Top of the Park. Join us on June 15 for an extravaganza of personal expression. Chalk at Top of the Park, on your own sidewalk, or wherever you choose to make your canvas!

David Zinn Chalk Art

David Zinn’s chalk work began in 2001 as an excuse to linger outdoors, but has since achieved global notoriety through the sharing of photos on Facebook, Huffington Post UK, The Cheezburger Network, Street Art Utopia, and Archie McPhee’s Endless Geyser of Awesome. Be inspired by his ability to incorporate 3-D illusions into familiar scenery and have fun searching for his most frequent characters, Sluggo, a bright green monster with stalk eyes and irreverent habits, Philomena, a phlegmatic flying pig, and many entertaining mice.

Squonk: Brouhaha

Brouhaha is an immersive outdoor spectacle bursting with rollicking music, dazzling imagery, and the thrill of audience participation! At the center of this riotous romp is the Squonkcordion, an enormous musical instrument powered by behemoth bellows topped with towering tuba bells. At the peak of the performance, Squonk invites the audience to play this foghorn organ, welcoming them to experience the joy of a brass band and the fireworks of community. The show ends with a 30-foot head made of brilliantly colored banners, comically blinking its eyes and shooting smoke out of its ears.

What do we do when the world refuses to behave as we expect it to? Matt Sandbank takes on this question in his charming collection of nonverbal shadow puppetry stories, Still Life. Using lighthearted humor and intricately expressive puppets, Still Life delights audiences of all shapes and sizes! A2SF is pleased to have Matt return after an amazing engagement in 2022.
