THEATER ARTS MEET CIRCUS ARTS AT cirque du wild swan FUNDRAISER SUNDAY, MAY 19 AT COBBLESTONE FARM
Wild Swan proudly presents a whimsical and imaginative blend of theater, circus, and county fair at our fantastical fundraiser, Cirque du Wild Swan to be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019 from 5-7pm at Cobblestone Farm, 2781 Packard Road, Ann Arbor. Friends of imaginative and inclusive theater will enjoy a colorful spectacle of dancers, jugglers, and wondrous performers along with sweet and savory treats and sparkling and sudsy alcoholic beverages. All funds raised support Wild Swan Theater’s mission of “making theater accessible to everyone including low income, minority, and disabled children through low ticket prices and innovative outreach programs.” Attending Cirque du Wild Swan is investing in the arts and artists in our local community. Creating delight and wonder for audiences of all ages and abilities requires the support of many. By attending our fundraiser, you help Wild Swan offer over 120 live performances annually, provide employment to local artists, and bring discounted or free live theatre programming to children and families throughout Michigan. As a producer of new and original plays and music, Wild Swan has received numerous awards for our ingenious artistry, our skillful storytelling, innovative audience accessibility program, and projects for participants with disabilities.
