The Salem Area Historical Society Annual Arts & Crafts Fair
The Salem Area Historical Society will be holding our annual Arts & Crafts Fair on Saturday August 21st from 10 AM to 4 PM on the grounds of the Jarvis Stone School located on the northwest corner of Curtis and North Territorial roads (7991 North Territorial, Plymouth).
Several artists and crafters will be selling items ranging from jewelry to paintings to macramé. Admission is free for shoppers.
The historical society will also be holding a bake-and-bouquet sale inside the school. A raffle for donated themed baskets (gardening, cooking, etc.) will be held at 3:45 PM. You do not need to be present to win. Proceeds go to the general fund of the school, barn, and grounds. Currently, the historical society is working on an early farming display in the barn, which recently was awarded the 2021 Barn of the Year by the Michigan Barn Preservation Network.
Please join us for a fun afternoon of touring the school and grounds while shopping for some unique items.
If you would like to purchase a space to sell your arts and crafts, please visit our website www.sahshistory.org or our Facebook page (Salem Area Historical Society) for details.
