Artist Darcel Deneau Transforms Detritus into Beautiful Mosaic Cityscapes of Detroit
The Northville Art House (Northville, MI) presents the exhibition Kaleidoscope City – Darcel Deneau, October 7 – 31. In Kaleidoscope City, artist Darcel Deneau shares a body of work that reflects the degradation and renewal of the city of Detroit. Using found glass and objects, she transforms the detritus into beautiful mosaic urban landscapes.
The public is invited to a free reception for Kaleidoscope City, Saturday, October 10, 1 – 3 pm. The exhibition runs October 7 – 31 during Art House hours, Wednesday – Thursday 10 am – 6 pm and Friday – Saturday 11 am – 3 pm. A virtual exhibition is presented simultaneously.

Visitors are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing. There is a maximum of 12 patrons allowed in the gallery with clockwise traffic flow encouraged and a limit of 2 in the store. Enhanced cleaning is conducted daily and hand sanitizer is available throughout the building.
