These people share honestly about:\n\n• Being prepared for surprising emotions that may hit over the holidays\n• What to do about traditions and other coming changes\n• How to handle holiday parties and invitations\n• How to survive potentially awkward moments with other people\n• Where to find comfort\, strength\, and hope in a seemingly hopeless time\n\nThose who attend will receive a Survival Guide filled with practical tips\, encouraging words\, journaling ideas\, and exercises for daily help through the holiday season.\n\nChild care is not available.\n\nThis one-time event is separate from our weekly GriefShare support group meetings.
