MOSAIC EVOLUTION OPENS AT THE NORTHVILLE ART HOUSE

The Northville Art House celebrates the vibrancy of the Michigan mosaic community through the eye-catching exhibition Mosaic Evolution, featuring 60 works by 15 Metro Detroit mosaic artists. Since ancient times, mosaics have been a popular art form. Traditionally made of meticulously arranged stone or colored glass, today’s artists reveal unique approaches and ideas when it comes to materials, applications, and techniques. 

Mosaic Evolution opens with a reception on Friday, January 14, 5 – 8 pm and runs through Saturday, February 12, during gallery hours, Tu – Th 10 am – 5 pm, and Fr – Sa 11 am – 3 pm at Northville Art House, 215 W. Cady, Northville, www.northvillearthouse.org.
