Trust in the workplace is one of the most important ways to build relationships and also one of the most difficult. Whether you begin by conveying trust or being trusted, trust takes you in the direction of a higher-quality, life-giving connection to another person. In this interactive presentation, attendees will experience the following:  Hear about the benefits of trust.  Participate in the trust investment game.  Discuss what motivates us to trust.  Learn about the brain’s connection to trust.  Discover key strategies for building trust.
