You Are Invited to Join the Team for a Wrap Up Meeting Monday, April 19th
Come to the Potluck Dinner from 6:30 to 7:30 at 4700 Ash Court, Ypsilanti
A Discussion Will Immediately Follow at 7:30 Either In Person or Virtually

We will have a WRAP Up meeting Virtually next Monday, April 19th and In Person at 4700 Ash Court in Ypsilanti at 7:30pm. BUT FIRST, at 6:30 we will gather to share a potluck dinner at my house. Please RSVP. A link will be sent out for those attending the 7:30 discussion virtually on Monday. Please reply to this email to request the link.

At 7:30 pm we will start our wrap up discussion on the spring campaign, with an eye toward the fall campaign. (The Fall Campaign runs from Wed. Sept 22nd until Sunday October 31st. The Kickoff Rally & Jericho March will be on Sunday, September 19th at 2 pm.)

What went well and what could be improved!
Enhancing our Sound System using blue tooth tech? Search is on for techies!
Suggestions for speakers!
Search is on for an Events Coordinator to help schedule an emcee and groups for the laps of the Jericho March.
Search is also on for a Publicity Coordinator and/or assistant.
